Hanna Rashkovsky, LCSW (she/her)
It is with great appreciation and excitement that Hanna joins the HLC board. She knew as a young child being raised by immigrant parents in Tennessee that she wanted to help build a world that looks for ways to educate, help, and heal all people, which ultimately led her to a career in social welfare. Hanna brings over 20 years of professional experience serving children, teens, and adults to the board of Healthy Living Community. Her work as a teacher, social worker, therapist and behavioral health consultant have equipped her with a deep understanding of how lived experiences impact overall well-being and the need for integrated physical and mental healthcare. Hanna's supervisory roles in staff development & program leadership have also been rooted in a commitment to social justice issues and ensuring safe spaces for healing & learning, which directly align HLC's goal of providing holistic and equitable care to the entire community.
In addition to currently serving the community as a full-time licensed therapist, Hanna is a mother, spouse, dog lover, and outdoor enthusiast who is proud to call Portland her home. She understands with deep compassion the competing demands on those in healing professions and is excited to use this passion to help HCL sustain its beautiful model of transparency, acceptance, and a shared responsibility for healing.
